At BinClip.com.au, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos/video of the product (where applicable)
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you no longer require the product.
Please choose carefully before placing your order. Thank you for understanding.
Return Process
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Not Suitable
If for some reason the bin clip or bin lock isn't compatible with your wheelie bin, please contact us so we can help check the installation is correct / or provide a replacement/refund as required. We are here to help!
